Proposal to Join Asan Zindgi Company as a Partner
We are looking for Partners who can Invest in Our Animals on a 50% Profit Sharing Basis. Being an Agriculture eCommerce Company, All Animals related to the following Categories will be included in our Company Portfolio.
If You are Interested in Investing in any Livestock Animal related to the above Categories, you can register as a Partner on a 50% Profit Sharing Basis. Registration is free and you don’t need to do any extra work. We will handle everything for you.
Terms and Conditions to Become Our Business Partner
1. Partner will need to sign up online by filling the form below. This shall be considered to be an agreement between the Partner and Asan Zindgi Company.
2. The investment will be for exactly 1 year starting from the date of online form filling and ending after 365 days.
3. There is no minimum investment limit. The partner can invest any amount as per mutual understanding. From Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 1 Crore
4. The partner will get 50% of the profit from the sale of the animals after 1 year and the principal amount will be returned to the partner as it was. For example, if a partner invests 100,000 rupees and after 1 year the Animal Sold in Rs. 200,000 he will get Rs. 100,000 Principal Amount which was Invested and Rs. 50,000 Profit as of 50% Decided Share. Investor will get Total Rs. 150,000 after one year and that too without any expenses.
5. We will not charge any expenses from the partner. All types of expenses including feed, Wanda, fodder, vaccination, labor cost, food, water, maintenance, land cost, farm rent, etc. All costs will be borne by Asan Zindgi Company.
6. To ensure transparency and care for the animals invested, the partner will be free to visit our farm at any time.
7. Our Partner may accompany with our dealer/buyer while purchasing animals from markets to ensure transparency in animal procurement. So that the partner knows the exact situation of the investment.
8. The partner is allowed to withdraw the investment at any time before the maturity period of 1 year. In case of withdrawal, the partner will get back only the original amount.
RISKS INVOLVED IN THIS PARTNERSHIP
9. Any disease to the animal due to any cause, death of the animal due to any cause, and disability of the animal due to any cause. In case of any risk factor the partner may face loss and may not recover the principal amount. No one in this world has any control over these risks so we cannot take responsibility for these factors.
10. Other than these risks, we take full responsibility for all matters related to the animals that the partner has invested in.
